It will be an 8 week program and is a really good reason to maintain and improve your fitness during the fall/winter months. There is two options: 1) Eight weeks x five days a week. Mon-Wed-Fri on an indoor cycling bike equipped with a string gauge power meter. Tue-Thur we will do Rip 60 work outs created for Cyclists. $80 2) Eight weeks x three days a week. Mon-Wed-Fri on an indoor cycling bike. $50 The cost is to pay the teacher and the location. This will be great opportunity for us to use a power meter and learn how to train with one.
